Last weekend I did not say anything because bad things happen. But now I am really angry. Shockwave as an Unlimited user I should have full access to all downloadable and free games here as you advertise. I want service for my money! If you are unable to provide it for whatever reason implement a good business practice to notify your loyal users that there would be no service on certain days.
