Okay puzzle - too tired to take it seriously. RicOchet - it turns out you really can take your tokens to the bank. I used tokens to buy sweepstakes tix and actually won REAL MONEY. Took the check to the bank, cashed it, spent it!!!! And I'm not even a Club SW member. God provides in the most unexpected ways.

As if I don't have enough stress with real life, let's add some make-believe stress and not even get tokens with it. I too have trouble clicking the customer in that one position. I end up dragging her pet with me to all the stations and it slows me down.

Wooohooo! Back on level 30! I have not been bounced back since my daughter has started playing. Everytime I'm done playing, I change players back to her name. She gets bumped back (she's only 6, so she likes the lower levels anyway). I stay on my current level. I still copy the file everytime I move up, just in case.

I still don't know how you people do these puzzles so fast. Even the "easy" ones take me more than 10 minutes to do. I guess my brain just isn't wired for these. I still like to keep doing them though - good exercise.

Reminds me to say a prayer for the firemen working the massive fires here in California. 2 firemen have been killed and many others injured. I am on the other side of those mountains on fire - the smoke is terrible here with light showers of ash. I can't imagine how bad it is closer to the fires.

I'm finally on level 30!! I think my chances of winning the lottery are better than the odds of beating this level. Is it my imagination, or does this game string you along and then finally assist you to win these harder levels??? I know it's not my skill level.

To copy: search for the file named Clusterz.swf. Create a shortcut (on desktop) so you can always find it again. Copy the file and keep it somewhere else (desktop) Everytime you move up a level, copy the original Clusterz.swf folder. Everytime you get bumped back, delete the file and copy your saved copy back to the original location. Good luck!

I think getting bounced has something to do with my internet security program. It scans for "cookies" and that's when I get sent back. I have tried copying the clusterz file on my harddrive everytime I move up a level. I then copy it back to its original file folder when I get bumped. It works!!!! P.S. Any advice on level 27?

On PCs you can enlarge your screen by hitting F11. It gives you more working area, but the **** stays the same.

I finally beat 20!!!! Will probably never be able to repeat it. Started with yellow/blue. I've found that purposely missing to connect colors often helps. Any advice for level 21?

PennyQ - My neck didn't hurt but I almost fell over backwards trying to the the angle I wanted. I visited Seattle with my mom and my 2 girls so we could visit my mom's 3 remaining siblings (out of 15). It was a great trip and I was glad I had my camera ready!

Nice picture. Took forever to finish. Summer has finally hit in the High Desert of Southern California. It has been over 100F every day for a week now. With everyone running their A/C, power has been flickering off all night. I'm glad I was able to finish the puzzle before the power completely goes out. Blessings to all!

Anyone else having trouble returning a pet to its owner? There is one position in the waiting room that gets stuck and I cannot return the pet until the ver last. Other than that, a fun game.

Recently the medium difficulty puzzles have been easier than the easy puzzles. Maybe ' cuz I am warmed up after the easy?? Also, everything freezes up when I try to submit my scores on this game. Have to bounce completely out of the internet to recover anything. I still enjoy playing though.

From what I understand, a Beta is a computer program still in the editing process. They get as many people to play as possible to help them find the "bugs". I tried the new SW beta and was not so impressed. The screens kept on freezing on me and I could not find my way back to the classic SW. I'm sure it will be great once they iron all of the kinks out of it!

OK, here's what I've figured out so far: Yes! Let the screen fill up. You get big points for breaking big chunks. The colored bombs get rid of their corresponding color. Red bombs kill all red, etc. Black bombs eliminate a chunk of blocks (about 3-4 in each direction.) If you clear the screen completely, you get a nice set of bonus points.

Alexandra4JC - most computers have a volume control. Look on the bottom right hand corner of your screen. There is an icon that looks like a loudspeaker. Left-click and it will bring up volume control and usually a little box you can check to mute all sound on the computer. Hope that helps!

I have "beaten online collapse" 2 times now. Unless you download the full version, it only goes up to level 9. I don't think I want to download the full version because I waste too much time on it as is. 295,446 points is my highest score. My only advice: hit as many bombs as you can. If you can possibly get rid of all bricks in the level, you get pretty nice bonuses, then you can continue to play your remaining lines.

Hey! I just figured out that if you can connect 3 ?s together it acts like 2 matches - so you get 2 bonus letters etc. You all probably already figured that out.
